The pen is in fair condition; it measures 5.6 inches in the closed position. There are no deep scratches, splits or teeth marks on the pen body or cap. The cap has a short crack at the at the clip attachment, there are some light chips on the barrel shoulder and the end of the barrel has a light posting ring. The gold plated trim is excellent, with no plating loss or dings. The Touchdown-Snorkel filling system has been properly restored and the pen fills as designed. The 14k #5 nib is an extra fine point; it’s been adjusted for smooth writing and proper ink flow. The imprint is excellent. Shipping and handling to destinations in the USA is $1.93 via standard shipping or $5.20 via priority mail. Shipping Insurance is now required on all international shipments. The cost is $1.00 per $100.00 coverage. International First Class shipping fees are around $11.00, plus insurance. Satisfaction Guaranteed.
