A nearly very good copy. � 7.5 x 10 book, with 96 pages and 90 black and white photos highlighting the theoretical teachings of the Bauhaus master by way of Chicago. � Photos and diagrams of art, architecture, sculpture, displays, movie sets, furniture, etc. In an early issue of GRAPHIS, Max Bill reviewed Motherwell's Documents of Modern Art series by stating it was the most important series of modern art documents since Gropius and Moholy-Nagy published the Bauhuasbuchers. An amazing book that expands upon Moholy-Nagy’s 1928 treatsie THE NEW VISION � (originally published as Bauhausbuch 14). Moholy's treatsie on modern design was intended to inform laymen and artists about the basic elements of Bauhaus education and the merging of theory and design.
