It is fully working and keeping time on the high grade movement and comes complete with band. The watch is signed by Elgin on the case, dial and movement. This watch is best noted for its wonderful two tone textured and mirrored pie pan dial and its high calibre 654 grade (A Schild 1584) 23j Automatic movement.
