Look at the quality of this car! This auction offers a totally original unmolested postwar Lionel Central of Georgia Box car numbered 6464-375 in absolute mint condition. Although this car was offered during two production runs (1956-57 and 1966-67), this car is a first issue version from the earlier production run. This car has the early type II-B body and bar end metal trucks with tab couplers. The car has a maroon plastic body with silver painted roof and oval. All lettering and numbering are heat stamped in white. The paint, heat stamping and original "Central of Georgia" decals are crisp and in mint factory condition. No rust, chips, cracks nor scratches. Although the trucks show that the car has been run, it shows very little evidence of use. The only flaw is that one of the coupler opening springs is weak. See photos or email for more information. If you're looking for an original, unmolested 6464-375 from the initial production run with little use and in mint condition, this is the car. I do NOT have the original box but car will be shipped in a reproduction box with sticker. Bid with confidence...check my feedback. I am a collector also, and treat others the way I'd like to be treated. If you have any questions, please email. I will attempt to answer them as quickly and as accurately as possible.
