This is a very difficult to find festoon. 1958 Sports Cars Festoon. All five pieces are there, and still attached by the original string. Each side piece folds out at angles, which have never been folded out. The colors are very nice and bright just as new. It displays really well. There is some spotting on the center piece in the white area. Creases at the top of the heads, and the bottoms of the coke glasses at each end. Some bends on the points. Otherwise in very nice condition. See the pics for the colors and condition. The festoon is long, and it was difficult to photograph. Each side piece has vintage sports cars from various countries, along with that country's flag. the American cars shown are 1958 Corvette, Thunderbird, Studebaker Hawk, and Chrysler 300-F Convertible. The Coca Cola logo in the center and at each end are also 3-d popping out from the actual piece. Like the rest of my auctions, I am beginning to divest some of my premium pieces along with some stuff lying around the house in order to raise some funds. If these don't sell, they'll probably go back on the wall or shelf. The reserve is well below the value in Petrettis 12th edition book. A nice addition to your Coca Cola collection.
