For your consideration today is this vintage 1958 DFL Campaign brochure featuring Eugene McCarthy running for Senator and Orville Freeman for Governor! This is an original campaign brochure and was obtained with many different 1950's Minnesota DFL items that were obtained at the state fair. Eugene McCarthy was one of Minnesota's most prominent politicians, running for the Democratic Presidential nominations on many occasions, most notably in 1968. This 6 page brochure is labeled Re-Elect Freeman for Governor on the front and the back features Freeman and Eugene McCarthy. The pages inside have many different pictures of the Freeman family and list many of his accomplishments. The brochure measures 9" long by 4" tall and is in very nice condition with some light handling creases and minor wear. Really a great looking campaign piece! Perfect for the MN political enthusiast!
