I will cancel any purchases. No exceptions. This is a 1958 Madame Alexander Cissette Bridesmaid Gown Floral Painted Tulle As-Is For Restoration. This tulle gown is one of the most delicate of all the Cissette gowns and is prone to age related damage. This gown is no exception. It is being sold as-is for restoration or to use the way it is. Again, it has damage. There are two main issues. The attached white organdy underslip has aged tan quite a bit. The tulle overskirt has not. But the tulle has just about completely disintegrated in the back, to the back of the bodice and the back of the skirt. There is almost nothing left there. What is totally amazing is that the tulle overskirt has painted flowers with green leaves and stems along with white velvet flowers with clear rhinestone centers. There are other clear rhinestones sprinkled here and there as well. The front of the gown is in good condition and shows off this fine detailing. The original pink horsehair and straw hat has also aged a bit and has pink cabbage roses and a faded green velvet bow trim. The condition is very good except for the aging.
