This is a vintage 1959 "GLOBE-TROTTER DOME" Metal Lunchbox Set . It was manufactured by "Aladdin Industries". This is a 48 year old rare classic! Vintage metal dome shaped lunchboxes are prized by collectors. I would say the box is in C8.5 (Excellent Plus) condition . It is very bright and glossy with just some light wear. Even the interior is in exceptionally nice condition. Please take a look at the high resolution photos and judge for yourself. The 2007 book value for this set is $420 ($300 for the box and $120 for the thermos). Why not treat yourself or the lunchbox collector in your life to this beautiful set for the holidays... Please note : the white horizontal streaks on the lid of the box are reflections of the light only, and are NOT on the box.
