This is a nice TOGO, 1960 series, private auto, at this point, all Togolese plates had the “RT” prefix followed by four numbers, this is among the earliest issues of Togo plates known to have survived, pictured in both the ALPCA archives and RPWO, but the writing of the name of the country does not show in these photos, I have looked hard at this part of the plate and cannot decide if it was original or if it was added later, because the plates were home made, anything is possible, ex-, which complies with all eBay policies. Buyer pays $6.00 for priority shipping and handling within North America. For additional purchases, add 50 cents per plate to the priority rate. S hipping outside North America at actual cost + $1.00 per shipment.
