1960's 1970's TEISCO BRUNO CONQUEROR 2PICKUP ELECTRIC GUITAR NO RESERVEYou are bidding on a No Reserve Auction a BEAUTIFUL, Bruno Conqueror electric guitar made in Japan by Teisco back in the 70’s. This is real a clean example of what the Japanese were putting out back in the day. There is only 1 through finish mark on this guitar up inside the treble horn on the body; at least it is the only one I could find. Look close at the pictures and you will see it. Everything on the guitar is original from the whammy bar to the tuners. The controls will need a little spray but actually they are very responsive. The switches work perfectly and the pickups are HOT! This guitar has a 24.75” scale from the zero fret to the bridge, and right now the action is decent - not to low and definitely not to high. This is in part due to the fact that the Japanese built this to withstand the terror of importation and the changes in climate by making these to be totally adjustable. Between having a bolt on neck with a truss rod and a compensating bridge you really can’t screw up unless you have left it in a barn for 50 years and even then you might be able to bring it back! As you can see from the pictures this one has been kept inside and has been shown the respect any instrument deserves. There is finish checking throughout the body attesting to the age of the guitar but other than that even the headstock is clean! The tremolo bar works, with the spring still intact, the pu’s are screamers with adjustable poles it has a rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays and a zero fret with the original string-tree and tuners! There is no case but no worries I double bubble and make sure it will get to you .
