This is a 1960s original 45rpm record signed by boxing champion Joe Frazier: Cloverlay No. 100, Come and Get Me Love /The Bigger They Come . No date (circa late 1960s). This is an extremely rare record put out by Cloverlay, Frazier's boxing management company. It's well known that Frazier sang soul music, and Come and Get me Love was one of his big songs. But usually you find only the Knockout label recordings. This Cloverlay label is much rarer to come by. The signature is in blue fountain pen and surely dates to the 1960s. Note that this was before Joe began to put the letters "oe" inside the loop of the "J". You can find a lot of Joe's modern autographed items, but his 1960s signature is very rare. Authenticity of the signature is guaranteed. True rarities like this one just don't come up very often. Condition of the record is Excellent; both sides have clean grove areas with little or no scuffing/scratching. Both sides play well with no skipping. The signature is sharp and unsmudged.
