Thanks for visiting and please take a look at my other items ! 1960s Whisky Decanter Ceramic Capron,Vallauris, France,glazed colors, French Mid Century Modern Here is a wild design, mid-century modernWhiskey Whisky decanter by the famous artist Roger Capron, known for his use of colors and radical sculptural designs while at the southern France city of Vallauris. The surefire eye-catching, jaw-dropping, smile-creating conversation-starter is unique and of course, lots of fun! Imagine trotting out this little beauty at your next party which needs a little spark to get things going! Shock! The crazy tall spike handle, air spout and the pour spout are all in terrific condition. There are no chips, cracks, nicks or dings that I could find. The word WHISKY is in grey on the off-white, milky ceramicporcelain, and the lower part is filed with wonderful contrasting vibrant colors like orange, yellow and blue. The decanter weighs a hefty 920 grams or just over two lbs. The total overall height is 13.5" (34cm), the width including the spouts is 7" (18cm) and the diameter is 6" (15cm).
