Dealer Showroom Color and Upholstery Fabric Album for the 1961 Chryslers Large (12" by 12" by 1 1/2") TRI-FOLD binder that features paint colors, and leather/fabric upholstery swatches for the 1961 Chryslers. This binder's top becomes an easel to best display a five large Artist's Illustrations on heavy cardstock showing all of the Chrysler cars--the Newport Two-Door Hardtop and Convertible, the Windsor Four-Door Hardtop, and the New Yorker Four-Door Sedan. There are extra copies of two of the illustrations (I have no clue why). Once you have set up the top, there are two half-width 'wings' which open to cardbooks for 'Specifications' on the left inside, 'Colors' on the right, and a full size 'Fabrics' in the center. Both the left and center cards are in great condition--no marks or tears. All twenty pages of leather/fabric swatches are complete. The right inside section with the body paint color choices has not aged quite as well. Many of the color leafs have adhered to the leaf beneath. Many are stuck in small areas that could be separated with only minor damage to that below it. I did not, however, attempt to separate them. Overall, the cards are in excellent condition and are well attached to the binding. The Album top cover has some discoloration, but the raised "Chrysler" lettering and bar are complete and solidly attached, and the black print is complete. The embossed Chrysler Lion shows some wear, poor old fellow. This album has been used, but is complete and intact. Shipping size dictates a shipping cost of $15.00. I pack all items to insure they reach you in the condition they were described here. All of the dealership materials I am selling are a part of my father's collection, and are from his Chrysler dealership established in the 40's. I describe all items as accurately as I can. I have many items still unlisted for later Chrysler and Plymouth vehicles, generally from the 1950's to the 70's. Drop me a line if you are looking for a particular piece; I might have it among the boxes of stuff Dad has acquired through the years.
