1961 2nd Annual Freedom Jubilee Program with MLK Jr Signature I have for auction today an old program from Pittsburgh's 2nd Annual Freedom Jubilee from July 9, 1961. The cover features Martin Luther King Jr, Sammy Davis Jr, Mahalia Jackson, and Floyd Patterson. The first page inside was signed by Martin Luther King Jr, I believe Cornell E Talley also signed it and t are a couple other signatures that I cannot make out. I have taken picture of them though so if you know who the signatures are from please share the information. This is in good condition considering it's age but are not in perfect condition. These have some wear from age, use, and storage (I am selling it in the condition I got it in please see the pictures). This would make an excellent addition to any collection. I have other old magazines for sale as well. International shipping will be figured after the auction ends so please wait for invoice (I know the shipping costs are marked as $100 but that is just because ebay will not allow me to continue without specifying costs but if you refer to my shipping policy below the pictures the price of shipping is explained). Payment must be recieved 7 days after end of auction. I prefer personel checks and money orders in order to keep shipping costs down but I also accept PayPal*. Allow a 10 day clearance period on all personal checks and money orders. I will attempt to go to the post office every couple days but at the latest shipping will be done on Fridays. *As of 10/27/08 our shipping policy regarding PayPal has changed. We will accept PayPal from all buyers w PayPal is available but the shipments will be made by the following services at the buyers expense. For buyers in the US item will be sent USPS with delivery confirmation for items valued at less than $250 and with signature confirmation for items valued at more than $250. The items will either be sent first class or priority to US buyers depending on the size and weight. International packages valued under $250 will be shipped USPS Priority Mail International with customs declaration for the full selling value and return receipt. International packages valued at more than $250 will be shipped USPS Express Mail International. International invoices will contain a price for shipping if paying with PayPal and if t is a more economical shipping rate we will include a non-PayPal payment shipping price. Insurance may be required for some items and optional for some items which will be shown in the invoice. T is also a $2.50 handeling fee that will be figured into the shipping price for each item bought regardless of what payment method you decide to pay with. No auctions will be ended early unless a "BuyItNow" price has already been determined and posted as such.
