FRESH CLEAN BRIGHT COLORFUL ORIGINAL 1961 SEALTEST ICE CREAM ADVERTISING SIGN LIGHT-UP CLOCK WORKS PERFECT! You know the old saying, "you can't go home?" Well, sometimes you should! As you can see, this gorgeous original clock is dated 1961 at the bottom. W did the come from? I first spotted this clock at the snack shop and soda bar w I attended high school in the early 1960s. I admired that lighted beauty, but the owner would not sell. A few years ago I went back to the old home town and was surprised to see the snack shop and soda fountain had closed-with that clock still hanging on the wall! A half-dozen phone calls later the owners were located and I walked away with less cash, but some nifty signs, other odds and ends and the clock. My electrician added an on-off switch so the lighted portion could be turned on-and-off, but not stop the clock. It's been on display at my place for a long time, but now will be finding a new home in this ebay auction. The photos show front, back, both lit and un-lit, along with a close-up of the date and makers name, the famous Pam Clock Company. It keeps perfect time and other than some minor wear, condition is perfect. (That yellowish-red spot is from photographic color shift only, original is deep and rich.)
