1962 Lancia Flavia Vignale Convertible, recent barn find that is in need of a total restoration, this is a very rare car, only 1601 Vignale convertibles were ever built worldwide, this is a r/h/d example, hugely expensive when new, only the very wealthy could afford one, the drop dead gorgeous Vignale Convertible came from the pen of Giovanni Michelotti who was working for the firm at the time. This car is in need of a full restoration, some parts are missing, most notably the engine and bonnet but these im told could be sourced from a Flavia saloon, no paperwork either so the winning bidder will need to apply to DVLA for the documents, hopefully it should be allowed to keep the original registration 437 FXT, the chassis number of the car is.The car needs extensive work particularly to the floors and n/s sill area, most of the other panels although needing work hopefully would save, I do however recommend viewing if you are unsure as everyones opinions vary. What you see in the pictures is what I have, well worth doing as prices of these are rocketing due to the rarity, pedigree and elegance of the design, currently worth £30k when restored and like all classic cars rising all the time. Alternatively the car could be used for spares, there is a very low reserve set, it is here to sell. We can deliver anywhere in the uk at extra cost, read more
