This is a really nice pair of old plates. They are a 1963 pair of California License Plates year of manufacture 1963 the numbers/letters are UEG651, Calif. What a cool collectors item. I understand that if you own a California car that was manufactured in 1963 you can clear these plates with the D.M.V. and register them legally for your 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968 or 1969 Classic Automobile. You would have to get the appropriate sticker for the car if it wasn't a 1963. Check with the Department of Motor vehicles for any clarification that you might need. I am just selling the plates not the registration requirements they are up to you. They are just a wonderful conversation item. They are quite nice for 46 years old.
