I recently picked up a group of 1963 Topps Famous Americans stamps.....all of them have a horizontal fold line which I'm assuming came from the way they were distributed....also some light vertical marks which appear to be from packaging as well....This lot is the James Garfield #20.....some off/center left right Shipping and handling $1 on this item........if it is a single card, I pay postage if the winning bid goes over $10.....sorry, I've had to raise the ceiling amount on this offer due to the increasing postal costs......insurance is optional and will be figured at post office prices.......... checks and money orders both are o.k., although personal checks will be accepted only if buyer has at least 100 feedback, 99% positive....sorry, but I am NOT CURRENTLY TAKING PAYPAL! (don't mean to be rude, just want you to see this)......satisfaction guaranteed or money back (no partial refunds with item kept, however, as these encourage people to hairsplit over condition)......a card I describe as nr.mt-mt. generally doesn't have any problems that I notice; I don't grade items mint just in case I miss something small.......WE DON'T end auctions early unless I have made an uncorrectable error in my descriptions......I don't end auctions early for an item REGARDLESS of the offer someone makes me......this is a policy decision and a firm one, not affected by the size of the offer!!!!
