The first year that the Kennedy half dollar was issued was 1964. This coin just back from PCGS, graded PR 67 DCAM. An extremely clean coin with Jet Black Mirrors that have terrific luster, with no haze seen, and with gorgeous WHITE, the Ultimate color for contrast, Cameo contrast covering the Devices on the Obverse and the Reverse. A Beauty! There are a couple minute Mint wash Dots, that are the size of a pin head, at the rear of the Obverse. If they were anything that detracted from the coin;, for many milk spots , unless at the outer rims, can detract from the grade, the coin would never have graded a proof 67 with spots, especially at PCGS, and this is newly graded. And also, any proof 68 coins, should never have wash dots, or milk spots, for it to be a true 68.
