1964 Jaguar MK 2 2.4 Genuine Original BigBumper Model Genuine Opportunity Fast appreciating classic – Go check... This is a perfect opportunity for someone to restore one of these fabulous iconic legends to their own personal specification, condition and satisfaction. To save on any ambiguous questions/answers just take her as a full restoration and anything less is to your advantage. Car is complete and will start with some petrol poured directly into carburettors but that is as far as I`ve got, everything else is untested. All top panels seem relatively good and solid and should all easily go again. Chromework likewise is good and solid bud will require rechroming. Car will obviously require prep/painting, restoring of interior, servicing/overhauling of all running gear and lots of welding to the underneath. After that it`s up to you how far you go as to what you want the finished article to look like. This car is not a weekend fix but with the prices of Mark 2`s on the ever increase this car, in my opinion, is well worth the time and effort.
