BLACK AND WHITE" CONTRAST AND EXTREMELYRARE! NGC has only graded 93 examples to date in PF 69 ULTRA CAMEO. Milk spots are a major issue for the 1964 proof Kennedy half dollar. Glorious shimmering opalescent frosty-white cameo devices obverse and reverse! This first-year-of-issue proof Kennedy is spectacular, offering intense, evenly frosted devices devoid of any breaks, so flawlessly applied the frost almost looks painted on! The surrounding mirrored fields complement the devices perfectly – deep, black and flawless! OUTSTANDING!
