This is a fantastic tin battery operated DC-7 American Airlines Airplane made by Yonezawa in the 1950-60's. It would be hard to find another airplane like this that is in such great original condition and working.It is 100% original and complete except for the antenna. Very large airplane with a wing span of 24 inches. One of the largest ever made. Highly detailed. Tin body and wings excellent with no rust or damage, Original factory paint and graphics excellent with no damage. Fantastic colors and gloss. The props are all original and excellent with no repairs. The battery box and contacts excellent with no damage or rust. Tested with 3 D batteries and all actions work excellent. The actions include; When turned on the props begin to turn in sequence and the airplane moves forward with blinking red cabin light. Next the airplane stops and the props stop turning in sequence. Now the cabin door opens and the passengers disappear from the cabin windows with the stewardess appearing at the open door. Now the automated events start over again.
