This pair of 1964 Texas license plates is in fair condition. These plates have been on a car and show the bolt/screw scratches around the mounting holes. One plate is straight, one is slightly bent and missing some of the black paint at the upper right corner, and both have scratches on the letters and numbers. They probably would not be approved for use on a car in Texas.
I'm selling my entire collection of 60+ pairs of Texas license plates. I will list them in order of the best ones to the poorest ones.
They include plates from 1933, 1936, 1937, 1948, 1950, 1952-53, 1958-59, 1960, 1963-68, and 1970-74.
