This volume has 8,500 recipes and 1,000 illustrations including many in full color. The book was first published in Paris, France, this is the sixth printing from 1961 by Crown Publishers. The book is large and measures 7-3/4 x 10". It is in excellent condition. The dust jacket is also in excellent condition but shows wear especially on the corners and edges. This book is clean and they come from a clean smoke-free and pet-free home.
