we have a numbers matching 1965 LIME Deluxe Schwinn StingRay #AA***** in as found condition. This classic Jan/65 shorty is un-touched, un-restored and even un-washed. The guy I got it from claims it has been up in the rafters of his garage for the last 10-12 years and he was the 2 nd owner. Everything on this bike is correct and the way it came back in the day, the back tire has quite a hash mark it but it does still hold air, the front tip of the seat that has had a repair patch put on it that needs to be tucked and glued but doesn't look too bad. The original lime green paint has a lot of fading on the top bar, nicks and scratche but could be polished up. The reverse screen chainguard is faded but all stock for this bike. This shorty rides nice and looks real good for its age and with a good detail job would be a great classic stingray! These shorty Rays are getting harder to find and being original LIME green paint with matching numbers this would be a great candidate for a restore of clean it up and have a sweet little stocker!
