You are bidding on a complete 1965 Topps Baseball Card Set of 598 cards. The set comes to you with every single card in a plastic protective top loader. This set was over 10 years in the making and less then 5% need upgrade to make EX++ / Nearmint. The set is in overall EX+++++ condition with many of the commons being 8s and 9s if graded. Most of the commons came from a wax box break during the 1980s and are truly mint. T are a few cards I would upgrade, but no major cards need it to be EX or better. T are a couple checklists with pen marks, but no other cards have this at all (again an easy upgrade). It would not take much to upgrade this to a EX/Nrmt set.
