ORIGINAL 1966 BATAMAN BATMOBILE COIN OPERATED RIDE RARE! This is an original 1966 Coin operated batmobile ride. It has the original coin operated box and the steering wheel. This is the third of these rides I have owned. I was going to restore it but found one in near perfect condition so I am selling this one. The one I just purchased cost me an arm and a leg so I need to get this one to a fellow collector quickly and recover some money. This car was damaged by kids playing with it in storage so the previous owner that had great feedback told me he disconnected a couple of wires in the coin boix to keep the kids disinterested. The car only has a small hole in the rear canopy and is an easy repair with fiberglass patch or bondo. The car could use new paint and the coin box wires reconnected. I am a collector and have good reason to believe this is in fact a 40 year old survivor based on the steering wheel, coin box and base and comparing it to the one I just purchased.The duct tape on the coin box is just to keep it shut during transport. It is lockable/ These are known to bring big money once restored so if this does not sell I will restore it and sell it to a vending company or on ebay with a high reserve. These are heavy!
