's the 1966 Krewe of Carrollton Antique Bronze Doubloon . The obverse has the Krewe of Carrollton logo, as shown in the feature photo. The reverse features a scrapbook with the masks of comedy and tragedy on each side and reads "Reveries Over A Scrapbook...Krewe of Carrollton...1966, " as shown in the second photo. The doubloon is in excellent condition, however the obverse does have a number of very small indentions in its surface on the left half of the doubloon which are not terribly noticeable or distracting especially with the doubloon in a 2x2. Great addition to any Carrollton and many theme collections. This is a first year issue doubloon from the Krewe of Carrollton. It's Guide value is $25.00. I will be listing various size collections, some smaller groups and single doubloons from virtually every krewe that ever paraded in the New Orleans area. I also have carnival clubs, out-of-area krewes and out-of-state krewes which will be appearing too. Keep watching for some really nice doubloon collections and some of the harder-to-find doubloons.
