Bedford Audio presents; A classic 1966 HMV model 2024 record player in black with silver and chrome trim. This player has been fully serviced, lubricated and tested and is working 100% correctly. The BSR model UA15 four speed turntable/autochanger will play all sizes and types of records and can stack up to eight suitable ones to play automatically. A replacement BSR cartridge and a brand new double stylus have been fitted to give the best possible sound quality. A copy of the original autochanger instructions is also included. The reliable transistorised amplifier has been checked over and is working well with plenty of volume, and all the controls work as they should. A new mains plug and fuse have been fitted for extra electrical safety. The case is very clean and tidy throughout with no nasty marks, and the padded lid is undamaged. A manufacturer's date inside the case reads '20th October 1966'. As always all pictures are of the actual item offered for auction. 'His Master's Voice' (HMV) was and still is a very well known brand name. The famous 'Nipper the dog' logo was always proudly displayed on the inner lid of their record players and radiograms.
