...............a rare opportunity to acquire a classic and desireable British road frame built in the mid 1960's, the KENISTONS shop was located in Romford in East London and survived up to the mid 1970's supplying top class racing cycles, they built and nurtured a good reputation for quality frames with the local East London and Essex clubs, this particular handbuilt REYNOLDS 531 frame is 22" centre to top and also has a 22" top tube, shot in seat stays also known as "fastback stays" were very much the fashion of the day and often found to be a feature on the top models of various handbuilt marques, original down tube and top tube cable stops and guides (the down tube stops suitable for the then popular Campagnolo bar end shifters) plus CAMPAGNOLO dropouts complete with adjusters ............the frame is finished in cream enamel and complemented with red lug lining and decals, the pictures speak for themselves but if you do have any questions please contact me and if you do decide to bid please remember T IS NO RESERVE! the frame will be packed in a strong 3 ply cardboard box and I will be happy to quote varied rate shipping costs, payment by PayPal accepted as also International Money Order made out in Sterling, cash in US Dollars or Sterling accepted (but not advised!) contact me first, ...........the rear wheel spacing is 120mm (suitable for a 5 gear block) but can be easily cold set to accomodate a wider axle
