This 1966 Renwal model kit is built but is in very good condition, not painted but made of a dark red plastic. The box say's: "66 Pierce Arrow Modern Version of a Great Classic Car, A revival by Renwal Assembly Kit Size: 1/25 '33 Pierce Silver Arrow The first truly streamlined car in America" on the top of the box along with graphics that show both the old car and the newer version. The side say's that the styling of the new version is by Exner. Virgil Exner designed cars for many automobile Companies including: Pontiac, Studebaker and Chrysler. In 1963 he did revival designs for Esquire Magazine and later did this design for Renwal along with six other revival designs that are pictured on one side of the box. This model is 9 1/2 inches long, 3 1/4 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches high. The hood and front fenders of this snap into place and come off. There is an engine under the hood and it is not glued to the frame, probably the glue is loose but I can not see any glue on it. It is in very good condition with only minor if any wear, no broken or missing pieces that I can see. I did not get the instructions with it and the box has some wear, warping and staining, see pictures as they are a good part of the description.
