1967 Schwinn Ramshorn Sting-Ray - Black in color - ALL original - Up for auction is the very rare Black Ramshorn Sting-Ray! This bike has all of it's original parts including the "deep tufted" silver glitter banana seat, the "rat trap" pedals in very good condition w/ readable script on the end caps, and even the original tires, and cables. You have seen this bike replicated many times, but this is the real Mckoy. The Ramshorn was only made two years, 1967 & 1968. Only the 1967 had the much cooler deep tufted saddle. Also, this is the only Sting-Ray that came in black. All of the components are dated 1967. The chainguard has nice original paint w/ the original screen still very strong and readable. The chrome shows very nice as the pictures show with only very minor pitting. (may clean up better) The tires do show very well also w/ no major cracking or any bead seperation common for the Fastback tires. The original black paint does have scratches and nicks, but this bike is too rare to re-paint. Remember.. only original once. The silver glitter tape looks very nice, and t is no rips or tears on the original tape. The bike also comes w/ the silver glitter brake lever covers. The brakes all have the correct red dot levers, and red washer brake calipers. The deep tufted seat is original w/ reflector tab and Gluco reflector. The seat
