FLIGHT OF THE INTRUDER ORIGINAL NORTH VIETNAM USED 1968 BRILL BROS. US NAVY G-1 FLIGHT JACKET NAMED PILOT with ORIGINAL INSIGNIAS / THREE (3) THREE SQUADRON PATCHES You are admiring a original goatskin leather 1968 Brill bros. contract which is named. G-1 flight jacket in a marked size 40 from the Vietnam air war. This 41 year old wartime garment is in overall excellent unrestored original condition with NO repairs, scuffs or abrasions on the thick & supple goatskin exterior. Original specification tag & nylon liner is equally spotless. Perfect original blonde mouton collar. Original seams are strong with many years left. Original Brass Scoville paperclip zipper & leather pull works perfectly & is in excellent condition . Original wool knit waistband is still in excellent original condition & original wool cuffs should be darned in a couple of spots which in my opinion should be an easy fix. Lastly are three (3) large Japanese made matching squadron patches & named pilot leather name tag with USN wings. I always leave our offered original flight jackets completely unaltered as this will affect the final collectable value. Rare indeed to find an original wartime used named squadron patched flight jacket as most of these garments are either in collections, war artifact museums , or passed down to family members.
