This lot consists of an unopened second set of my own personal Navy survival kits, an INDIVIDUAL SURVIVAL KIT PART I and PART II for a total of two (2) items. My first set, a type SEEK-2, was listed yesterday under eBay # 280161574497. The packets are hard semi-transparent plastic, sealed (taped), slightly concave shaped, round corners and edges, two-part containers. Each measures approximately 3 3/4 X 4 3/8 X 2 inches. This lot is original Navy issue carried by me during my time in the Navy including WestPac and Vietnam, 1968, RVAH-13, USS America. The two packets are taped shut, sealed, and they have never been opened so t is not much I can say about them except for what appears through the plastic containers: their name or designation; an inventory, partial or complete I don't know; some contents; and the manufacturer or contractor, Fraass Surgical Mfg. Co., Inc., New York 34, N. Y. The photos show the same inventory which I see so I will not repeat it The photos are always of the lot you will receive and the photos are my description but, in general, I thought the lot to be in exceptionally nice sealed and unopened but used mint condition -- I guess you could say like new -- with no damage or marks. Certainly the contents are new but aged. I am willing to accumulate items for buyers by agreement beforehand. Otherwise, each auction is a separate and independent transaction. Shipment can be made worldwide at cost through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Normally, I will not ship without insurance but if the lot sells for a minimal amount I will ship uninsured; however, by doing so, the buyer assumes all risk and liability for loss of or damage to the uninsured shipment. The buyer will pay only the actual cost for packaging, postage, and insurance, the amount to be determined after the auction based upon destination and method. If shipment is to be made within the United States, the buyer should contact me after the auction with their physical shipping address and I will reply with figures for packaging, postage, insurance, and a total amount. I do not like or use eBay's My Messages so the best place to find my emails is in your mailbox. This lot is already packaged in a single box for USPS priority mail with a shipping weight of two pounds so postage within the United States is $4.60 to $7.50, depending upon your zip code, with no charge for packaging, and insurance will be an additional amount based upon the final sale price. The minimum USPS insurance covers up to $50.00 in value and costs $1.65. Coverage for $51.00 to $100.00 in value is $2.05. Coverage for $101.00 to $200.00 in value is $2.45.
