Terms and Conditions of Our Listings:

1. All domestic items will ship within 72 hours of receipt of payment and will be sent through Paypal MultiOrder shipping and will have delivery confirmation so that you will be able to track shipment through your Paypal account.
2. SFexchange will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged product that was not insured by the buyer.
3. All payments are due within 5 days.
4. We offer a 100% refund policy minus the cost of shipping. If you are exchanging for another item, we will cover shipping of the second item, but not the item being returned.
5. Any customer that leaves negative feedback or files a Paypal reversal without first contacting SFexchange will be blocked as a bidder and we will reserve the right to cancel bids and do business with again.
6. SFexchange welcomes International bidders. However, any item with bids $100 or higher will be shipped via Registered Mail or Priority Mail International that includes tracking services, whichever is cheaper. Although this pack came from an unopened box, GAI refused to grade this pack, believing that t was resealing evidence. This pack is a great opportunity for anyone who wants the wrapper or the cards inside!
