We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods once item is shipped. However, if insurance is purchased, we will take the proper procedures to make sure your purchase is covered. Needless to say, we highly encourage insurance. Should a problem arise, please contact us, and we will try our best to resolve all issues within reason. Shipping cost is calculated by weight and distance and includes a small handling fee. Sometimes auction s&h fees are increased so that we can start auction at minimal prices.
