1969 Presidential Physical Fitness Award Patch âe" MINT!! ITEM DESCRIPTION: The Presidential Physical Fitness Award was created by President Lyndon Johnson in 1966. This patch was issued to my brother in 1969 while he was in junior high school. The unused and unsewn patch is in Mint condition and measures three inches in diameter. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Please do not bid on this item until you have read the Term and Conditions!
