Fully licensed and comes in a full color 20th anniversary box. The box has some shelf wear, but we only took the bee out for pictures. Original retail was $20. The USPS is in dire straights so even though International priority has delivery confirmation, it's no guarantee of delivery. This is why we only ship Express Mail International.
