BEAUTY! 1969 Topps #182 Bill Rigney graded PSA 8 NM-MT with No Qualifiers. Consistently one of the Top 30 toughest 1969 Topps cards to find in true high grade due to most of them being poorly centered. 's one that's NM-MT and nicely centered! All of these cards were recently graded by PSA so the holders are pristine. SHIPPING COST: $5.00 for the first card and $.50 for each additional card in the same shipment. Full value USPS Insurance and either Delivery Confirmation (value under $250.00) or Signature Confirmation (value over $250.00) is included, and is NOT optional. It is NOT my intent to make a huge profit on shipping, on which the minimum typically ranges from $4.25 to $4.95 per package. PAYMENT: PayPal, Money Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Check (held til clear, U.S. only). No SASE. Payment is expected within 10 days of auction close. No returns on PSA graded cards. Sales tax of 8.25% added to sales within Texas. INSURANCE/CONFIRMATION: USPS Insurance and either Delivery or Signature Confirmation is included in the shipping fee and is NOT optional. Flat minimum $5.00 rate includes USPS Postage (typically $1.35 to $2.00), USPS Insurance ($2.30) and either USPS Delivery Confirmation ($.60) or USPS Signature Confirmation ($1.90 for packages $250.00 and over in value). Maximum shipping charge is $8.00.
