1970 GI JOE AIR ADVENTURER PILOT BOX� HASBRO #7403 Up for auction is a 1970 GI JOE Air Adventurer Pilot Box The Box number on the end is #7403� This is for the original 1970 Air Adventurer 12 Inch GI Joe. � � This box was sold to me as a vintage original.� I am NOT a Joe collector, but I had my vintage Joe from childhood and wanted a great looking box for it.� I purchased this at a Comic Con this spring and it really looks nice, but I am having my doubts that it is a true original vintage box. I welcome any and all comments and help, but PLEASE only bid on this as a really, really well done REPRODUCTION ! I have contacted the original owner who sold it to me and he assures me it is vintage ( I Paid $175.00 for it). It really just looks too good. This is NOT the anniversary reissue box. � As you can see it is the coffin style box and the bottom portion has paper tape as it should. The box is nicely square and has retained its shape well. Please check the photos for condition. If you are looking for a very affordable way to display your vintage Joe, this is a good choice. Again, PLEASE only bid as if this is a reproduction!� If you get it, and prove it to be real, it is your good fortune.� Again, I am not a Joe collector or expert so I have compared it to many online gallery photos and I am just stumped.� Check my
