EXCELLENT NEAR MINT ORIGINAL FACTORY SEALED CONDITION RECORD ALBUM (carefully stored in poly plastic LP sleeve & will be sent to you in same shape). NEVER OPENED / NEVER PLAYED. Cellophane shrink wrap DOES show many soil spots on original shrink wrap from 40 yrs of storage, especially on lower jacket backside, as clearly seen in pics. We did NOT try and clean off any of the soil for fear of damaging, and will leave that for you. T ARE some scrapes, scuffs, creases, crinkles, and corner edge wear on jacket through original shrink wrap, as seen in pics, but inside vinyl record should be near mint, since album has never been removed from cover jacket, however we do NOT know if jacket cover soil will clean up or not.
