Here we have for your viewing discretion, A Taipan .61 Mk 2 R/C glow engine. Motor comes complete with two Allen keys, muffler bolts, prop tightening rod, exhaust butterfly, and instructions. I have taken a picture of the prop stud and at the very tip, the threads are slightly stripped. This does not hamper installing the prop stud into the end of the crankshaft. These motors did not come with a Muffler as these were advertised as an accessory and sold separately. Production for all Taipan .61's were for only for a few years and the surviving examples have become highly collectible especially like the one I have here, complete with it's original box. This motor, I believe has been bench run as I do see a bit of residue in the exhaust port and there does however, look to be very slight mounting marks on the lugs. Use this engine with no reservations or you just might want to add it to your collection.
