This is the rare classic all-original Model Motoring Pit Row Special Racing Slot Car Set #1328 made by Aurora in 1971. This very rare set is a transition or hybrid set between the older Thunderjet 500 and the incoming AF/X technology. It has Vibrator / T-Jet track but AFX cars. This vintage electric race set looks as though it has been lightly played. All parts inside are in great used condition. This set includes 20 pieces of rust free Thunderjet track, working power pack transformer, 2 rheostat trigger Russkit controllers, guardrails, track pins / joiners, instruction manuals, and trestle supports. This set features the following specialty track - 1 cobblestone, 1 squeeze track, two 15 inch straights, 1 criss cross, and one corner crossover track. Also included are 2 working AF/X cars - an orange McLaren XLR #1752, and a red /white & blue Turbo Turnon #1755. The box shows that these cars originally came with this set. The orange car is missing a roll-bar and the other one has no glass. Everything works. The track is compatable with any other Vibrator or T Jet track sold in the 1960's and early 70's. All of the pieces of track are still intact and rust-free. The cars are unmodified. The bodies are free of any noticeable blemishes, except for the missing parts. All painted details are 100% present on both cars. All roof posts
