This auction is for an extremely rare ORIGINAL 1971 RUPP BLACK WIDOW minibike. This is a no excuses vintage Black Widow that would be a great addition for anyone collecting "Old School" minibikes. You may have seen some recent auctions for what appear to Black Widows but are just knock-offs or Frankenstein Bikes - THIS IS THE REAL DEAL! I encourage interested buyers to view the bike and ask any questions you may have before bidding. My Black Widow is unmolested and in great condition for its age. T is some rust and pitting on the rims, shocks and light kit. The original Rupp Motocross tires have slight checking but have full tread knobbies. The seat cover has 2 very small tears on the rear sides and the frame is straight with no bends, cracks or repairs. The seat pan has the original Rupp serial number ID label #1 201773 . This is a very fast minibike with a strong motor and rebuilt Dellorto UA 19 S carb. Everything works on this bike - one pull to start and you can ride it all day. The gas tank is clean on the inside with no rust . T are a couple of small dents and one handle bar dent on gas tank as shown in picture. This bike also has the optional 6 volt light kit and rear lift bar. I have seen other Black Widows on eBay that are either total junk or a hodge podge of misc Rupp parts.
