Offered is a 1972 book Meditations by the pop artist Peter Max . It is profusely illustrated with full-page Peter Max drawings in black on variously colored stocks with brief inspirational quotations below the images. A collection of quotations from various sources, each illustrated by a Peter Max drawing. Published by McGraw-Hill, NY, in 1972. No pagination, approx. 120 -130 pages. No edition stated, but no other edition or printing is mentioned. I believe this is the first edition / first printing. 6 1/8" by 6 7/8" in size. Very good condition with bumping at spine ends and some edge and surface wear but no sign of prior owner. Binding is tight. Illustrated end papers. Glossy color illustrated paper covered boards. Black titles on spine. No dustjacket, as issued.
