1972 Plymouth Duster PMC Promo w/box Gold Leaf (metallic) G-VG Condition This is the sister to the beautiful ‘72 green Duster I sold to a happy winner a few weeks ago. This one isn’t as nice but…. the body is excellent. The paint doesn’t seem to have adhered to the “Joint” areas (hood, door, all window, etc. outlines). There are slight box rubs on the roof. The windows are nice. The chrome is partly missing on some wheels, the grill and the back bumper. I’m told that re-chroming is possible and cheap. That and some paint and it’ll be a winner, just not original. The interior is nicely detailed in a similar color but not metallic. Note the independent looking rear suspension, drive axle and mufflers on these Mopars. This one has black side body stripes with one pin stripe underneath it and “340” at the rear. The box is VG-EX condition with one main flap tab torn. It is a printed “RTS-Rapid Transit System” box which involved the ‘Cuda, Duster 340, and Roadrunner and shows each one on a side. I’m brutally honest with my descriptions and try to show the flaws in the photos as well as the good.
