In the coming week or so I also will be listing the Reed and Barton 1975, 1976 and 1977. 1972 Reed & Barton S terling S ilver Christmas Byzantine C ross O rnament / P endant Up for your consideration in this NO RESERVE auction is this 1972 Reed & Barton sterling silver Christmas Byzantine cross ornament / pendant with a beautiful snowflake quatrefoil form design. This is the 2nd annual ornament in the Reed & Barton Collectible ornament / pendant series. Approximate Measurement: 3-3/8 (not including the bale) x 3-1/4 x 3/16” deep It is signed with Reed & Barton, 1972, Christmas Cross, and Sterling. Approximate Weight: 11.6g (.645 oz) I have not cleaned this piece, preferring to leave the cleaning to the buyer as many prefer the look of fine patina and it also increases the value of the piece.
