I hate to part with the Lemon...I've let this nearly complete restoration project sit for a few years, and I've decided that this beauty needs to go to someone who can give the Peeler the final bit of TLC it needs...
are the full details:
Nearly everything on this stunning Lemon Peeler is original - besides a missing nut and bolt (you can see it above the disc brake), it is all t The seat does have some holes, but otherwise looks really good. The stickers on the shifter and disc brake will need to be replaced and some of the old bolts have surface rust on the heads. Other little plastic items need to be replaced as well. I have seen everything this bike needs on Ebay and on Pete's Hyper-Formance web site. This bike will need a full tune-up to be made fully functional. I have not hooked up the brakes and derailleur (all new cables) but t is no reason that it won't work perfectly. It also needs to have the kickstand re-installed.

The Peeler has been professionally painted, although it does have some minor flaws that one has to seek out to find--just a tiny bit of dust in the paint, some masking that could have been a bit better, and some small paint chips under the shifter - but all very minor imperfections, none would be visible from above when the shifter is remounted. The chrome is in very good shape - the only imperfections are some tiny scratches of age and one minor ding on one arm of the springer fork.
I would really like this bike to go to someone who will appreciate it for all of its history, shear beauty and over-the-top "bling" of the muscle bike era. Tfore, It has a very reasonable reserve.

I will Krate (ha ha) this bike assembled, sans handlebars and shifter, and ship it via FedEx Ground. Please email me with any questions.

Note: This bike was previously advertised as a 1973. A friendly Peeler aficionado has informed me that is in fact a 1972. Sorry for the mislableing.
