MINT 1972 New York City Subway Map. Map was designed by Massimo Vignelli in 1970's minimalist style. Cover is white with various letter & number routes in color circles. 21 inches by 17.5 inches when open. Closes to 7 inches by 3.75 inches. One side has a route map of the subway system & the other side has route by route station guide. Mint condition. Remember tie died shirts, the Doors, R-9's ruling the subway!! This is MINT, not near mint (Map has NEVER been opened) ! Why bother with a reproduction for $300 when you can bid on the original map! A great piece of NY Subway history you can own!
