NEW BUSINESS CLAUSE/DISCLAIMER: Dear potential buyers, for now on I will not claim that any of my comics grade higher than NM-. I'll let you the buyers, be the judge of that. If the comic does in fact grade higher than NM- then you are getting the better end of the deal - especially if you send it in to be pro graded. The reason I'm now doing this is because many people have their own grading process - t are too many variations & differences of opinions; too many personal grading criteria's & systems - especially at the high end. Also, the Overstreet's Comic Book Price Guide is too vague & not clear enough to fully explain the various differences between the grades beyond NM-. I've been collecting & grading comics since my school days & I will give my best opinion of its grade based on all my years of collecting/buying experience which is to serve only as a guide. Using my best knowledge at evaulating & grading this issue objectively...THIS ISSUE IS NM- 9.2. Featuring a Luke Cage appearance. Featuring a full-length story..."Just A Man Called Cage!". Credits: Scripter: Gerry Conway; Artists: Gil Kane & Johnny Romita; Inkers: J. Romita & T. Mortellaro; Letterer: Artie Simek & Editor: Roy Thomas. All comics are freshly polybagged with acid-free backing boards. Also included will be a MicroChamber paper - the finest in preservation technology. A free collectible comic card will be included as well. Comics are sent in rigid, multi-depth cardboard mailers for optimal protection & are wrapped in bubble plastic too as an added double protection. It is imperative that my items are sent to you safe & secure as can be. This particular beautiful high-grade issue is graded at least NM- (NM- 9.2) condition. Some would grade it better possibly. It is virtually flawless & is among one of the best Bronze Age copies I've seen. The only thing I can see is t is a little fuzziness at a few corners & t is a little fading along the spine but t are no spine stress creases. Other than that is still looks newsstand fresh. It is worthy of being professionally graded, possibly demanding a higher premium. It looks terrific & is a desirable, collectible, very affordable copy.
